I had booked my out-of-town appointment to test drive the new RAV and everything proceeded as promised. Frank Circelli was my sales advisor and he immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable as we chatted about what I was interested in and the price range. He understood my needs, explained available options but did not push when I indicated I was not interested. I left after this initial discussion but agreed to contact each other the following day. In fact, we settled on a fair price the next day and concluded the deal. Frank remained in contact regarding all details including the delivery date as the car was coming off the assembly line. He was bang on with the delivery date which was also impressive. When my wife and I received the vehicle Frank explained most of the operating features (I have owned 5 Toyotas so already knew a lot of them) and again displayed his professional mannerism as he walked us through their usage. I would certainly recommend Frank as a sales advisor to any of my friends as I would hope to share the very positive and professional experience that I had purchasing this new vehicle. More

I consider myself a well informed buyer and one, like all others, who wants a fair deal deal for fair value. Frank was able to quickly understand our needs, gain buy in from his used car manager on a fair trade in value for our SUV and drive an overall good total deal for my son's new Scion TC. Frank not only dealt with the sales activities. He also took personal interest in ensuring we were satisfied with the rustproofing, undercoating, and paint protection packages once we picked up the vehicle. Steve Chung happened to be who we dealt with there and he was extremely professional throughout the process. In no small way this played a role in arriving at the decision to buy the Toyota. There was no pressure nor badmouthing of the competition. A personal situation for me required some extra legwork at Steve's end which he did without complaint. Steve gave us all the information we needed in an honest and thorough way, letting us arrive at our decision on our own timetable. Great job Steve, thanks for looking after us!
