While at a service appointment, we checked out the showroom because we had been considering a 2013 RAV4. He made it fun and tailored the experience to what was important to us. In the end, we purchased a 2013 Venza and we love it. It is exactly what we wanted, yet wasn't even something we had considered prior to our visit. The entire process was great with Shawn.
