i googled toyota dealerships in london. i contacted via email a link(toyota town) that had a very high rating from people who had dealt with toyota town. within a very short time of expressing interest in email a link(toyota town) that had a very high rating from people who had dealt with toyota town. within a very short time of expressing interest in buying a new toyota via the toyota town link, i received a call from christina. subsequently i was put in contact with nicole. this prompt attention and further conversations impressed me. i explained what i wanted in terms of model and accessories and what my conditions were: would you accept a trade in with a deposit and and a cash down payment ?with the balance financed in biweekley payments?.they were agreeable and i asked them to forward me a quote with those terms. i told nicole i would be getting two more quotes with those same parameters. when i approached two other dealers, nicoles(toyota towns) bid was the lowest and so they got my business. andre also played a role in finalizing the deal. i was impressed with toyota town in that not only did they impress me with their showing me they wanted my business but also the fact that that nicole came in with the best offer. not only did they talk the talk but they walked the walk. but it was more than that . i was treated very generously . when i travelled more than 500 kilometers to pick up my truck. i received a delicious lunch(courtesy of nicole) of home made soup and beverage and for my long journey home to kirkland lake, nicole presented me with a a lovely thank you card and also a timmy's gift certificate that provided me a breakfast. in my 70 years , i have bought many vehicles but i have never before been treated in such a friendly, generous, and considerate way. all i can say is thank you nicole and those who helped me at toyota town and to all of you who made for me a such a pleasant experiences doing business with you.
