Our salesman Ken Yates was very attentive answered all questions, he did not rush us at any point proved to be patient while showing us cars and test driving them. Shared his knowledge of the particular vehicles we were interested in but still kept quiet and allowed my husband and I to discuss some of the features and concerns we personally had with each vehicle weighing the pros and cons so that we could decide which car would be best for us and then Ken would fill in the blanks so to speak and then leave us to take in the new information. On the day we came to pick up our vehicle as we are from Kitchener he came in to meet us even though he was not working at the time, that was very important to us and appreciated. A week later he touched based with us with an e-mail and then a week later a phone call, Brian and I feel this is very important to us in customer service' and we actually purchased a vehicle that evening. We have purchased new vehicles in the past in Kitchener and it was not a TOYOTA and was a comedy of errors :our name spelled totally wrong on all paperwork, options we had chosern were not on the car and to compensate we were hand delivered a cookie of our car but of a totally different car in orange and we had purchased black, the radio did not have an MP3 player which we never did receive and we could go on but this is enough and the car had a security problem which we took in over a 10 times and were advised they did not know how to permanently fix it so we sold that car within 14 months at a loss. We are happy to say this was good experience this time and would consider this dealership in our next purchase.and travel out to London and try to get Ken again. Thank You Brian and M .Judy More

Our service advisor, Robert, greeted us at the door and took care to listen to our needs, look into appropriate part options for the repair of our vehicle and presented ways to help save us expenses through different options. He advised us on what needed repairing today and what could wait. Upon vehicle pick-up we found out Robert had already efficiently ordered the parts and booked us a second appointment to finish the job. Other employees, Jen & Shelby, through the check-out process were also friendly and cheerful and remembered our names, giving us a greeting even though we didn't require assistance from them this visit. Toyota Town is a great dealership and takes care of their long time customers. More

I also received great service from Nicole Levasseur when we were doing the paper work, I felt no pressure and she communicated with me through numerous emails to pass on the information that I requested. Whenever ToyotaTown has a special deal on that Sylvia thinks would be an advantage to me she will give me a call...Her no pressure approach is why I keep coming back to her and ToyotaTown.
