My Fiancé and I recently had to replace our brakes and with all the expenses life is throwing at us at this stage in our lives I was worried about the My Fiancé and I recently had to replace our brakes and with all the expenses life is throwing at us at this stage in our lives I was worried about the added expense. The first time I called in Mike Minarsky from the service department explained to me what parts of my brakes needed to be replaced and educated me on each parts importance and potential cost, I told him I was on a bit of a budget and he told me to bring it in and he would have a look at give me all my options. He priced out Toyota parts, after market parts and gave me other temporary options just incase. Mike made sure that choosing the Toyota parts was MY decision and I never felt pressured, he worked with us on our budget and made sure that we were taken care of. I can truly say even though I was nervous about having to get work done on my car I felt like Mike and Toyota made us feel like our loyalty was important to them and made me feel empowered to make our own decision. Other people always have horror stories with other dealerships, but I can honestly say if you choose to do business with Toyotatown you won’t be disappointed.
