What sets her apart from many other sales people in the automotive business is: 1) ongoing communication with her customers, even after the sale of the vehicle has been made, 2) her genuine attitude towards her clients (many sales people in the car business lose interest in their clients once the sale has been made, which is not the case with Sylvia), 3) good deals on selling/leasing vehicles, and 4) selling a superior product, Toyota vehicles. I went Toyotatown with a issue and was concerned that I was going to turn 100,000km in about 2 more days. Jen Kolyn, service Advisor, said no problem, and told me the work would be covered by warranty. S was going to turn 100,000km in about 2 more days. She went so far as to take pictures of the mileage, ordered the parts, issued a Work Order and told me to come back in a week. While the car was being worked on we were notified of a death in the family and had to travel that same day. I called Jen and was already in the process of renting another 4 wheel drive vehicle. She stopped me from picking up the rental and arranged for my vehicle to be available at the time I required, which was much earlier that the time I had previously expected. GREAT SERVICE. More
