I had some reservations in purchasing a 2012 Camry from a dealer 700Kms from home. A few emails to Adel Al Rayes in administration was all it took to setup a pickup date. Four days from initial call I flew to London and arrived at Toyota-Town at 9:25am. Shawn immediately recognized me from by faxed Drivers License photo and had everything ready including the car and plates mounted Shawn was polite & friendly and took the time to explain add-ons options and the features/knobs/switches of the car before heading back to Ottawa. By 10:00am I drove out of the dealers lot with a very satisfied and enjoyable experience. This was the best no-nonsense, honest courteous auto purchase I have had in 37years.
