I had been on other occasions when my parents had their Toyota's serviced at the old dealership. We were walk-ins and didn’t have an appointment so reception introduced us to Nick. He was patient and listened to what I had to say instead of walking off with the conversation and trying to up sell me on something else. I didn’t feel pressured the way I had at some of the other dealerships I had been to and it was really refreshing. That was one of my girlfriend’s first comments after we left the dealership that night and no matter what vehicle we ended up with she wanted to give Nick our business. Toyota Town has a great reputation hence it was one of three area dealerships I considered. So glad I did, because from the beginning to the most recent Toyota Car Care clinic(free), Tomasz was there to greet me and made me feel welcome and at ease. He listened to my needs, asked good questions and found a great car to meet my budget too. The extended test drive confirmed the right choice he helped us make. Best of all, although we bought a used economy car, I was made feel special as if I bought a top of the line new Lexus. Tomasz even programmed my iPhone for hands free connectivity and safety, and sent me a follow up email with a video on how to do it for my husband who couldn't make it in. I have been getting a lot of compliments on my new-used car at work, and am happy to tell everyone where to get the best advice and value at a fair price from Tomasz Kisiel at Toyota Town, thanks from SW and family.
