Amanda Krugg very patiently and clearly explained how the car would be serviced with special attention to previous recommendations and testing requirements. She went to exceptional lengths to ensure that the extra work could be done in the timeframe that was needed. She carefully reviewed the car's history and with her colleague Ricardo and showed us how some repairs would be done. At no time did we feel rushed, although we took up more time than usual. The cost was higher than I anticipated but I had a good understanding of why this work was necessary. I feel that the attention to my individual needs was excellent. Excellent experience in service department. I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picke I have had 2 experiences with Mike as my service adviser and both were exemplary. On the first occasion Mike went the "extra mile" literally and picked me up when the shuttle was too busy. There had been a recent insurance claim with the vehicle and Mike helped to solved a problem which required extra calling about on his part. My second encounter with Mike was for a regular issue.
