Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Toyota parts and services. Jason was friendly and Lucas at the desk was great, however the services all around were awful! Offering a complimentary car wash and not doing it and being told “well it doesn’t get everything” LIES, every part of the car was still the same. But that wasn’t the worst part, attempting to charge the customer again and then realizing I was overcharged a month ago when I purchased the part was all together different. The problem was fixed however it took several days and people to talk to. The reputation at Toyota is pretty accurate sadly and this visit proved that the service is awful! More

Andre in the finance department was also wonderful. He is very clear, concise and thorough. Their general sales manager, Brian Komar, was also amazing. He went out of his way to make sure that we were receiving all the help that we needed and that we were happy with our purchase. ToyotaTown has an incredible team of staff who genuinely care about you and getting you what you need. I am thrilled that we chose ToyotaTown! More
