The Service Department at ToyotaTown is first-rate. My Service Advisor, Dennis Dabous, always lets me know well ahead of my service appointment what maintenance/service will be done, what the expec My Service Advisor, Dennis Dabous, always lets me know well ahead of my service appointment what maintenance/service will be done, what the expected time frame for the vehicle service is and what the approximate breakdown of the cost for the service will be barring any unforeseen items. I like the way the staff at ToyotaTown treat me. From the time I drive up to the service bay to the time I drive away after the my appointment I am welcomed with smiling faces and a positive attitude from every ToyotaTown employee that I encounter. They literally treat you like a member of the family. But, what is absolutely the best is that in 9 years I have been coming for service at ToyotaTown my vehicle has never had a problem on the road over the entire time. I can absolutely count on ToyotaTown to keep my vehicle in tip-top shape and on the road. For me that is the definitive indication of a top-rated dealership. Thank you for the great job you do. More

Had to purchase a car following my 2014 Corolla being totalled in an accident. Had bought 3 previous Corollas from this dealership and was always treated with courtesy, kindness and respect. Mark Eisan was excellent in referring me to Ben Emeny, salesman and he went above and beyond to ensure I got the best car in my price range - a 2021 Corolla. Picked it up yesterday and the whole process was flawless and quick. Ben answered all my questions. He is a great guy !!! Rita Dalal was also great to work with - friendly and kind and understanding of my financial situation. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More
