My service advisor "Firis Sharif" was great to deal with from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I also work in the service industry and so I know how incredibly import from start to finish and I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I have dealt with Firis since we bought a vehicle 1 year ago and I was so impressed that I recently asked for him for his card with the intention of calling management later in order to commend him. Firis was great at quickly reinstalling an interior kick panel on my daughter's car ( pasenger side in 2014 Corolla).
