Treated with at most care I arrived at Toyota on the trail to have some work done on my Yaris. Being new to Edmonton Turns out I accidentally booked at Gateway when I meant to I arrived at Toyota on the trail to have some work done on my Yaris. Being new to Edmonton Turns out I accidentally booked at Gateway when I meant to book for the one on the trail, Veronica assured me that this was no problem and she got my car in no problem without me having an appointment. I must say, I work in the hospitality industry and I can tell when good customer service is given and that was a true example ! ... She took so much stress off of my back that day as I needed this work done to pass an out of province inspection (there's a deadline). Everyone that I came into contact with in the dealership that day provided flawless service and it definitely deserves a thumbs up- keep up the fantastic customer service folks I will for sure return. More

Quick help w/ car stereo I purchase my Pruis from a Wheaton Honda dealership in Edmonton and was having problems connecting my phone to the bluetooth stereo. I was comparing my needs with two different Toyota vehicles and Henry really helped me in making the right decision. Henry was just leaving work for the day when I walked in and he stayed for an extra two hours. I was lucky enough to have arrived at the right time to catch him. Working with Mr. Deepinder Singh He's a really awesome guy! Super funny and very nice. He knew exactly how to make the time enjoyable and not all about paper work, there was a lot of He's a really awesome guy! Super funny and very nice. He knew exactly how to make the time enjoyable and not all about paper work, there was a lot of laughter that filled the room; my kids also really enjoy talking to him. He also explained the warranties for our car (Rav4 2014) very well,, he made sure to answer any of our questions and went through all the details, and if we didn't understand something he'd go even more in depth and made sure everything made sense to us. Along with his humor and very clear explanations, he wad very persuasive, because in the beginning we were were not planning on buying the extended warranty, but after he went through the warranties and persisted with the recommendation that we should get it, i was sold. Every time he had second thoughts of not getting it he was able to provide more reasons as to why we should. I definitely would love to work/ see him again, and will definitely recommend him to my families and friends, so if you can make sure to ask for him :D. And lastly, did i mention he's a great guy?
