Friendly, informative, helpful. Great experience right from the time I made the first phone call, to driving off the lot. I live 4.5 hours from edmonton and Toyota on the Trail was extremely accommodating. Once arriving I was offered coffee while waiting for Ron. I only waited for about a minute before greeted by him. Ron was very informative on all questions asked and everything I would need to know about the car. He took me on a dealship tour and introduced and pointed out people who I may be dealing with in the future. While I was dealing with Catherine in finance, Ron pulled my trade in around and transferredover the remaining few things in the car and the license plate. Catherine was great, very easy to speak to, went over all paperwork diligently and made sure that I understood everything I was signing. She also took the time to fax some paperwork to my insurance company. Once everything was signed and I was good to go, Ron took me back to his desk and supplied me with the paperwork and owners manual that we had gone over earlier and Derek came over to shake my hand and make sure my experience was good. All around great experience, thank you to everyone at Toyota on the Trail who made my experience so seamless! More

Great experience! Best Dealership that we've dealt with! We were in the market for a new SUV and we took a Jeep and a Subaru out for a test drive. We were actually considering buying the Subaru .. took it out for a 2nd test drive .. but we weren't 100% certain about the dealership or service we'd receive. I'm so glad we drove across the street to Toyota on the Trail! We thought they were closed as it was around 8pm...and we were looking at the Highlanders when Ron Bute (Product Advisor) walked over and encouraged us to take one for a test drive. We said no at first because we thought they were closing and he said they were actually open until 9pm. We took one out for a test drive and loved it. By 10:30 we had papers signed and we were allowed to take the Highlander for overnight. The business manager Ryan was amazing and Ron was extremely helpful. We met the service team and general manager. Everyone seems extremely helpful and I love their express service. Kim in service was great too! Very helpful!! This has been the best experience we've had buying a car (and we've purchased quite a few!). Keep up the great job Toyota on the Trail!! More

Negotiations were quick and painless, and I paid a fair price for a vehicle that was in excellent shape. Zain was friendly and knowledgeable, and I appreciated Gerry and Ryan finding a solution for my 17 year old beater. Will see how it goes once I begin service intervals, but for now I am very pleased with my experience. UPDATE: I've had several experiences with service to deal with minor issues not noticed at time of purchase, especially an odd noise from rear wheel well. Each incident was dealt with promptly, and Chris in particular answered all my questions and ensured my car was repaired properly. More
