They have kept my 1000$ Deposit because they jumped the gun and went ahead and installed accessories onto a vehicle I NEVER signed any purchase agreement on nor did they meet any requirement asides from the accessories. I asked for 295$ bi weekly payments with a 0$ they wanted 7500$ down payment and when I walked away from this deal they kept my hard earned money. More

With all things considered with Covid precautions my experience with Toyota on the Trail was First Class. Shady! The purchase amount was previously agreed upon with Raymond Alagar and Karlanfo White. Alexa Wasyliw, the senior finance, changed the terms and the total amount of the car, so my family was pressu with Raymond Alagar and Karlanfo White.
