I bought a Ford Escape 2017 about 10 months ago and since then I have been through xxxx. I found out that they put more than $ 6000 on top of my loan from the bank. The loan statement from the bank says $ 2 then I have been through xxxx. I found out that they put more than $ 6000 on top of my loan from the bank. The loan statement from the bank says $ 25000, but their financial dept some how let me signed $32000. The bank said, whatever on the top is for them. In just 6months the AC stopped working. The cost to fix it was $2000, because it had a leak. They reassured me that it has passed the inspection and won't give me any hustle for any time sooner. I also took it twice for issues related to air bag indicator light. When I reached them out to explain this and to help with cost, they were very rude and after a lengthy emails, they offered a $30 discount!. In summary, if you want to waste your money and time, Toyota on the Trail is your first choice. More
