The day I took my car in, there was a really bad snow storm. I requested for my car to be kept at the dealership over night as I wasn't comfortable driving it back in those conditions, later on that same storm. I drove in without an appointment this morning for a Drive Clean Test. Sham helped me immediately and had the test and car wash completed within about 30-40 minutes. I couldn't agree more with the other 5-star reviews. Sameer is just a great and very honest. I've never had to wait too long to get my car back (usually it's done same day) and he's never tried to up-se Sameer is just a great and very honest. Recently, my car stalled during my commute to work. I called TOTP as it was the closest dealership and had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Shivji He was extremely courteous and professional.
