I have given the rating I did because from the moment I entered the Service Centre, I received very friendly, helpful efficient service. Alisha greeted me with a "Welcome to Toyota". She informed me what would be done to the car and how long it may take. I told her that my brakes were squeaking and she set up having them looked @ as well. She also told me where the Customer Lounge was and that she would call me when the service was complete. She also asked if I wanted a car wash. The job was completed faster than I thought and everything, that was done, was done efficiently and clearly. It is nice to have a clean car too! I even received 2 chits to get 2 more car washes. Alisha was pleasant, friendly and efficient and said to contact her if I needed future assistance. I was very pleased with the attention she gave me! She is an asset to your organization! More

I have always had a positive experience when taking my Toyota Corolla in to TOTP for service. The desk personnel are very well-trained, helpful, and polite. Firstly, I admire the newly constructed buildings and landscaping of the dealership site. The site surrounding the dealership and its being on a hill overlooking the greenery of don rive valley is simply landscaping of the dealership site. I love the upper lounge because of its large size, quiteness and lovely views outside. The design of the ground floor of the service entrance is very nice and friendly. I love the car wash service, and the 3 car wash tokens I receive (which I can use any time afterwards) every time I go there for service. Also, I love Toyota's oil service (good for 8,000 km or 6 months) for the price it is offered at: it's almost impossible to find such a service outside Toyota service centres. Lastly, Paul Joseph is a very nice man and I admire his professionalism and charisma. More

When buying a used car from the dealership I noticed that the rear passenger speaker didn't sound right. The salesman made an appointment with Sham from the service centre so I can go and replace it, free of the rear passenger speaker didn't sound right. It took 3 visits but eventually we changed the damaged speaker and also found a problem in the rear driver speaker, which was also replaced free of charge. I was very happy with the time it took (30 to 45min) and with the overall friendly atmosphere of the service centre and Sham specifically. I would definitely recommend it to others and also put in a good word for Sham! More

I came in to this dealership as I had a bad experience at the Scarborough location. The friendliness I received right off the bat from Aldrin was spectacular. Since it happened a day after my oil change I figured it was the Scarborough location. I decided to come to this one and see how the service was because I wasn't happy at the other. I never felt appreciated, but here I felt like I mattered. I felt they really cared for my business and car. They fixed my car so quick and easy I was impressed.
