I initially visited this Toyota repair shop because the air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. During the inspection, they informed me that a wire under the car had been chewed by rodents and needed air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. During the inspection, they informed me that a wire under the car had been chewed by rodents and needed to be replaced. I ended up paying around $900 for the repair, which was entirely labor cost as there was no charge for the parts. After picking up my car, the engine warning light turned red. I brought my car back to the shop, and they claimed that the camshaft connect 3 wire had been chewed by wildlife and needed replacement. Despite there being no prior issues, they insisted on this repair, which cost me another $850 in labor fees, again with no parts cost. They then told me that the insulator under the hood needed replacing due to damage. With repeated claims of new issues, I refused further repairs and took my car home. Upon inspecting the car, I found damage under the hood that looked like it had been made with a screwdriver. Suspicious of their practices, I took my car to another repair shop. The new mechanics suggested that the damage appeared intentional, caused by someone using a screwdriver. Each visit to this Toyota repair shop resulted in a new issue costing nearly $900 in labor fees, without any parts costs. I believe this shop deliberately damaged my vehicle to charge exorbitant labor fees. Therefore, I do not recommend visiting this Toyota repair shop. Be very cautious, as they may intentionally damage your vehicle and charge you for repairs. More
My recent experience at Toyota on the park was no short of amazing! My car was in an accident and went under repair at an auto shop. After repairs, I was told I had an unrelated issue worth $4000 after my car was brought for a diagnostic at Toyota which wouldn't be covered under insurance. Fortunately, I took my car to Toyota on the park and met Alishah Shah. She was considerate and gave me an immediate informal assessment. Upon inspection of my vehicle, she provided her advise and booked an appointment. The diagnostic result were no different from the initial assessment which was disappointing. 2 day later, I recieved a message from Alishah Shah letting me know she had dug further into the matter and that my repairs would be covered under warranty. I was super ecstatic and no longer under $4000. Needless to say, I was super grateful for Alishah Shah's customer experience to keep the customer happy and her due diligence to look in to the situation. Thank for all your support! More

Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! Original Google Review: 2018 - When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown 2014 I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas. My 2007 Yaris with 360,000 km on it pretty well died just as I got off highway 401 from out of town. I had it towed to Toyota On The Park and found Alisha to be fabulous and knowledgeable. .Knowing it was an as I got off highway 401 from out of town. I had it towed to Toyota On The Park and found Alisha to be fabulous and knowledgeable. .Knowing it was an emergency, she squeezed me in even though obviously I had no appointment. Run a mile if you are looking to service your vehicle. They nickel and dime you in every possible way. The tire pressure sensor light was on for a two month old Sienna. This place first claimed that there’ll be a charge to check the TPMS lights since the winter tires were not purchased with them. Second they claimed that if there’s no sensor with the tires, and sensors would need to be purchased. (Just the beginning of spins and lies before anything was done). Mind you, this is a brand new vehicle with the extended warranty purchased. Was told to agree to pay $49+hst for the check up. I refused to sign, a different Service Rep called and claimed that to turn off the light there’ll be a $30 charge. The situation escalated to the service manager who kept stressing that they’re providing a service and after refusing to pay, I was referred to as “arrogant”. Just full of spins throughout the conversations. Totally felt being treated like an idiot and walking atm, easy target when an Asian girl walks in a dealership. After refusing to pay $30 and ready to leave, was told that the re-set was already done (they called it “programming”, yeah right just fancy way of saying reset! Standard procedure once the vehicle is checked and nothing’s wrong). Certainty not the level of service expected at a reputable brand. The days of providing reasonable service to win returning customer are gone. Very bad first experience with Toyota. Situation like this never happened at our other car’s dealership. More

The two wires are only about 4 inches long each. This simple job can easily be done in less than 30 minutes by your experienced technician. Including the test drive time by your technician after the repairs, it should not be any longer than 1 hour. For diagnostic, I know that your technician can plug in the computer box and it takes less than 10 minutes to diagnose. Also, the two damaged wires were visible clearly because they are outside and at the top of engine block, so your technician can see the issue and identify the damaged wires right away. Another red flag 🚩, you said to me and in your writing that this repair had no warranty and no guarantee by the Toyota on the Park dealership. This was the red flag 🚩 that I could feel. Repairs work done by well established and reputable Toyota dealership offered no warranty and no guarantee. Hon Ho, you insisted me to leave my car with you overnight by offering me to give me a shuttle ride home. You said you didn't want to rush your technician to do this work. You said you wanted to help me. It was a lie. You wanted to deceive me that it was a big job and it took long time to repair the two wires. So you can make me to believe you that you quoted me for $838.82 for the repair plus $80-$163 for diagnostic plus HST was reasonable. I decided to wait until about 5 PM instead of taking a shuttle ride as you insisted me to do. Guess what, my car was ready and repaired before 5 PM. I dropped the car for the diagnostic at 10:30 AM. Then you texted me at 1:09 PM to show me the two damaged wires and the quotes. So there was plenty of time for your technician to work on this repair without a need for me to leave my car with you overnight. Hon Ho, you lost my trust from me. You just wanted to charge me as much as you can up to my nose. You are driven by greed. Also, as part of your set condition that this repair has no warranty and no guarantee, you told me to continue monitoring whether the issue will come back in the next couple weeks. You told me that if the issue of pre-collision malfunction message on the dashboard will come again, then you told me to come to see you again. Guess what, then you can charge me even more money to do the second repair or replace the entire wires because you set the conditions in your favour that this first repair had no warranty and no guarantee from your Toyota on the Park dealership. I will never repair any issue in my car with you again. Hon Ho, you lost my trust. Only thing that I will do with you in the future is the schedule maintenance every six months and wash my car with your car wash machine using the tokens you guys gave me for the free car wash. One more thing, I will post my experience with you on some consumer reviews websites. So other consumers can learn from my mistake in giving you this very costly business. To new customer, DO NOT agree to add Rust proofing by the time you purchase your car.
