I went to Toyota on the Park because it was close to my office location and because of reviews I read. It was a great experience with no pressure to buy. I felt more like they were there to help me buy the right vehicle for me, rather than to sell me a car. Alif went above and beyond on pick up day, showing me absolutely everything (I think) about my new car, and stressing the importance of the manual. He also provided me with "my" service representative, who already pre-booked me for my first service appointment. More

Unsurpassed Excellence I've bought quite a few cars, from a variety of manufacturers, at a number of dealerships across the country... and I'd have to say that the service, I've bought quite a few cars, from a variety of manufacturers, at a number of dealerships across the country... and I'd have to say that the service, integrity and professionalism that I received at Toyota on the Park, and specifically from Alif and Conrad Praamsma, is completely unsurpassed by anything I've experienced thus far. Toyota on the Park was not my first choice, initially, as it's much further away than my neighbourhood dealer - Don Valley North. But after a particularly distasteful experience there, yet still determined despite the chicanery to buy a Toyota (Tundra TRD PRO, to be specific), what greeted me at Toyota on the park was the diametric opposite in every way. I set the guys an almost impossible task, and they worked with me to get more than I ever expected.... unbelievable. I've never bought a Toyota before, but from now on.... whenever a new car is being considered - whether by me or my family and friends, Toyota on the Park will receive the strongest recommendation I can give.
