Dissapointed We came to this location in hoping to purchase a new car to trade in our old one, at first they are very accomodating but when we find out that wer pa We came to this location in hoping to purchase a new car to trade in our old one, at first they are very accomodating but when we find out that wer paying a huge amount of money monthly we cancelled it after 2 weeks of no calls from them, we gave them our ownership and down payment in 1 click but now that wer trying to get a hold of them for the refund and the ownership nobody would want to take responsibility,We are so dissapointed we're not sure if what is happening with them because of lack the of communication to think that it's been 2 month. we will never go back here anymore!!this is really unprofessional!!!! Terrible Experience I would advise anybody not to go anywhere near this dealership they are liars and have no morals or integrity, Mr D'Costa sold me a Black Prius in his I would advise anybody not to go anywhere near this dealership they are liars and have no morals or integrity, Mr D'Costa sold me a Black Prius in his words perfect condition, my eyes are pretty bad so in the most part I had to rely on what the Salesman said, when I arrived home my wife looked at the car and said do you know about all the scratches on every single panel? I had no idea, so I called the dealership the following day where I spoke to a guy who called himself the general manager (although if he is he has been very lucky as he is in the wrong job) he basically said were not interested even though I had the car less than 24hrs but promised somebody would call me back its now a week later and nobody has called apparently they are all to busy!!! But my initial enquiry was on a Sunday night at 2100hrs and two people reached out to me then so the morale of this is if you want a Toyota get one but don't go anywhere near these crooks. More

He was able to answer all our questions and concerns, and the nicest part was that he wasn't no pushing, he's main concern is the customer and you can feel that.
