Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with Chloe. I have been looking for a new car for some time and I have dealt with several sales people and Chloe is the least favorable. During the week before the have been looking for a new car for some time and I have dealt with several sales people and Chloe is the least favorable. During the week before the meeting, she responded to my questions only in short emails and impatient answers on the phone and just pushed me to an in person meeting. During the meeting she was not helpful at all. All she wanted was to make the deal as soon as possible, with the least information she could provide and with tawdry sales tricks of pushing for the next step, making the customer embarrassed by showing impatient acts, and providing vague information about the timing, the expensive extra packages she adds to the car and the finances. They had the model that I want, but I decided to not buy it from them. Actually, the whole conversation went politely despite her stressful demeanor. After evaluating the financials I told her that I have decided to not purchase the car due to financial reasons and we said goodbye. After that? She wen to her room sending out a course word and throwing angry looks at me. I do blame Toyota on the Park for hiring an impatient, unprofessional sales person that wastes customer's time and ruins our experience with Toyota. I give her a 2 star only for the effort she put on printing the documents. I would suggest you to look for more professional sales people. Good luck wth your car purchasing. More
I have had a very bad experience with Toyota On The Park Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boot Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boother is highly unprofessional and extremely curt with customers. She often wears low cut blouses. I ask, is she actually selling service or herself to the customers. She has yelled at me many times and not willing to service my vehicle. She is highly unpleasant person to deal with. They decided to wash my car without informing me that there might be scratches on my car and that they would not be held responsible. I find this quite appalling. Again, I would urge everyone not to deal with this location, in particular with the Service Department, as all the technicians are extremely unprofessional and not helpful, including Jack, the Foreman. They claim that my car has no issues, whereas, there are issues with my car constantly. It constantly makes a lot of noise and the break does not work well. I have been complaining to them for nearly 5-months and they will not fix my car. When they changed my tires from Summer to Winter tires, they have done a very bad job purposely so that they will not service my vehicle again. The Service Manager contacted me today and told me that he is not willing to service my car ever again and emphasized that I should go to a different dealership, as he claimed that I was rude to his staff, whereas, they have been extremely rude to me for the last 5-months and have not been helpful to me at all. I hope this review will make everyone not to ever go to this location.. More

She's excellent at listening, at going through any work orders in detail ensuring that everything is understood, and just generally g work on my car. This past year, I've had the good fortune to bring my car into Toyota on the Park's service department for accident repairs. Unbelievably great service and support. Very bad customer service, Unprofessional, I want to give them 0 rating. I booked my vehicle on 16 sep,2021. I am first time car buyer and i forget to take bill of sale on that day . i give them 1000CAD. the them 0 rating. I booked my vehicle on 16 sep,2021. I was waiting for their call and email but they did not reply. I called them after one week then they said sorry we give you wrong by weekly pricing. they do not know how to calculate by-weekly payment. They said sorry we cannot give you the vehicle as you can take your payment back. After 2 days i receive a call from the sales person, she said okay I talked to general manager and he is agree to give you the car. I was happy but after some days sales person on the leave and i called them after 10th oct,2021. They said sorry we do not have vehicle. you need to wait for 3 months.. How they are so unprofessional. I was told by sales person they have vehicle in stock that's why I gave them advance. Now they are not replying my calls and i am calling them 3 times in day and they are saying you will get a call. Yesterday on 21th oct,2021 I called them but they did not reply.
