Great customer service experience I leased a new RAV4 a couple of days ago. Rui guided me through the lease process and I got all the terms laid out and explained in detail with no rush and in plain English. Great communication skills and professional customer service. Frank does not use aggressive selling tactics (no pushing), he is friendly,customer service oriented, and knowledgeable of the Toyota and competitor's products. Once the deal closed, he did not abandon me at the parking lot and spent a lot of time with me in the vehicle explaining and showing again its features and going through the owner's manual, although he of course did a detailed demonstration beforehand. This is my 3rd leased vehicle. I hate negotiating car leases and it has always been a lengthy, energy consuming, and most of the time an unpleasant exercise for me. When a salesperson becomes unreasonable or too pushy, I just walk away. Chris turned this process into something positive and not adversarial. Great customer service! More
