above and beyond my expectations; very pleasant surprise I was in a panic when I heard the weather forecast calling for flurries in a few days. My usual dealership could not accommodate me, nor another garage until next week. I called TOTP and they were able to fit me in tonight. The staff, in particular Anastasia (sp?) were very friendly, courteous and efficient. They seemed happy to be there,.....very different from my experience at my usual dealership, and I felt that I was valued as a customer. I even called back with a silly question, but they professionally and patiently answered my question. I will be thinking about TOTP for all my future service and new car purchase needs.
