She also preset all the indicators and gadgets which is considerate as my last car was 12 years old and it did not have much fancy electronic gadgets. As well, she offered to show me more details once I am comfortable with the basics. Last but not least, she has a great sense of humor and seems to enjoy being helpful. Your salesman John Lee is knowledgeable and patient, going out of his way to show my husband how to operate the automatic gear, answering all our questions and ensuring that the purchase and trade-in transactions are smooth. Actually went in looking to buy a Rav4 and, although we enjoyed the test drive of that car, I saw the Prime in the car bay and immediately fell for it. Doug was very patient and did not pressure us into buying the Rav4. Test drove the Prime and a couple of days later we went back and made all the arrangements seamlessly to buy it. The financial manager did not try to upsell us on anything and just laid out the options and let us decide. Great staff...great car. Thanks again Doug. More
