Very good experience My husband and I were looking for a new small to mid-sized SUV and decided to test-drive a Toyota RAV4. I reached out to Toyota on the Park and was p My husband and I were looking for a new small to mid-sized SUV and decided to test-drive a Toyota RAV4. I reached out to Toyota on the Park and was put in touch with Javier Caicedo who called and spoke with me before we even went to the dealership. Javier asked me some really great questions about our needs so that he would be able to make recommendations to us before we arrived for our appointment. The dealership was relatively easy to access, although the area, including the dealership, seems to be undergoing some construction due to the Eglinton Cross-Town being built. When we arrived at the dealership, the person on reception was very friendly and helpful, offering us tea/coffee/water and a comfortable place to sit while we waited for our sales rep. Javier was quite knowledgeable about the RAV4 that we were considering buying and took us out for a test-drive on both the 2018 and 2019 models. He imparted his knowledge to us before, during and after the test-drives, pointing out the similarities and differences between the model years, as well as the features each model year had. He was also able to do some comparisons for us with other makes similar to the RAV4. He listened carefully to our own comments and questions, responding honestly to them. We felt that he really took the time that we needed in order to have all of our questions answered. He ensured us that if we had any other questions after we left, he would be happy to assist in any way that he could. More
