Good afternoon Albert, My name is Matt Treacy and I'm the General Manager here at Toyota on the Park. I received the review you posted about your visit last night. Its important for me to get back to you immediately. First of all I want to thank you sincerely for the opportunity you gave us by visiting our dealership. There are 83 Toyota Dealerships in Central Ontario and we are always very grateful when someone chooses to visit us. I want you to know that I have taken your feedback very seriously. The experience you had is not typical of Toyota on the Park and certainly goes against everything we endeavor to be for our guests. Each and every employee at our dealership is taught to understand how important our guests experience is. Considering the purchase of a new vehicle is a big step, it's something we take very seriously and something we want to have a positive impact on. We pride ourselves on making the car buying experience easy, stress free, informative and fun and I apologize sincerely that we were not able to provide you with the experience you deserve. The employee at the route of your experience is the newest member of the Toyota on the Park team. While we feel she will grow to be a valuable asset to our dealership, it is clear after learning of your visit that there are some additional training measures that need to be taken to ensure that's the case. I've spoken with this staff member, and our Management Team about your feedback, and everyone agrees that this lack of professionalism and customer service isn't acceptable in anyway. All parties have committed to ensure that this never happens again, and I have every confidence that it will not. I wish this hadn't of happened to you, but please rest assured that we have used your feedback constructively and our goal is to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
