I was on the verge of purchasing a brand new Prius Prime at this dealership when all of a sudden my salesperson went to the back office to consult his sales manager and informed me has bad news. Seems the car I wanted had been ordered by another customer with rustproofing and an extra coat of paint and I would have to pay an extra $2600 if I wanted it. Classic bait and switch! Before he informed me of this surprise, which I didn't for one moment believe was unplanned, he had spent 15 minutes on the most blatant upselling tactics I have ever experienced. First, although I was ready to pay cash, he tried to argue that I should finance the car because I could get better stock market returns with my money than I would pay for their finance rate of 7 plus per cent. Then he did the hard sell on an extended warranty and underbody rustproofing even though I already know Toyota and most other car manufacturers now already put a coat of underbody anti-corrosion protection, making rustproofing obsolete unlike the old days. That's why Consumer Reports advises buyers NOT to buy extra rustproofing. But of course this represents a huge profit to the dealership and a hefty commission to the salesperson who already benefits from the fact that buyers no longer have any bargaining leverage and are forced to pay full MRSP because of supply chain issues. Oh, then he offered me another Prius Prime in a different trim but only if I was prepared to pay for extra rustproofing, making it obvious that the mistake over the first car was actually a lie. I must say that, although this dealership is sleazy to the core, the architecture is stunning, built on the site of the old Inn on the Park. But buyer beware! More

I bought a 2020 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in 2022, when I was new to Canada and did not speak English well. The salesperson, **Parker Raaymakers** and his colleague whose name was **Maggie**, pretended to be helpful and friendly, but they actually tricked me into signing a contract that had several extra coverages that I did not want or need. they also charged me **$28,500** for the car, which was way above the market price, and gave me a high interest rate of **9.25%**. I feel cheated and exploited by this dealership, and I regret trusting them. They took advantage of my language barrier and my lack of knowledge about the car market. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, especially newcomers who are looking for a fair and honest deal. This dealership is dishonest and unprofessional, and they do not care about their customers at all. They only care about making money by any means possible. Stay away from them! More

My 2007 Yaris with 360,000 km on it pretty well died just as I got off highway 401 from out of town. I had it towed to Toyota On The Park and found Alisha to be fabulous and knowledgeable. .Knowing it was an as I got off highway 401 from out of town.
