The dealership was unbelievable, very attentive and was very customer service based. Matt is unbelievable at making people feel comfortable, there was no pressure and it trued every way possible to get the very customer service based. He found me the colour, make, model everything I wanted to make sure I was happy. I called him a lot asking one million questions and he not only answered these calls but made me feel that he was looking out for my interests not just wanting to sell me a car. I am currently leasing the 2013 toyota matrix and I know this is an on going relationship where I will get all my future vehicles from Toyota on the Park. More

this was my second car purchase from a dealership, and compared to the first one, this was a whole new experience. bob was very friendly from beginning to start, and he helped me feel very reassured in my compared to the first one, this was a whole new experience. bob was very friendly from beginning to start, and he helped me feel very reassured in my purchase. rather than dealing with a sales consultant who pushed a vehicle for the sake of making a sale, bob was very understanding to what it's like as a purchaser, and emphasized every sale is big purchase for the customer, and it's about the feeling of getting a new vehicle that's right for that person, and walking away pleased, without any remorse in getting something they didn't want/need. he didn't push anything outside of my needs. it wasn't a high pressure experience. on the contrary, i told him i was looking at different vehicles at different dealerships, and he didn't mind at all. he just wanted me to buy what was right for me. even though i bought a mazda, from the toyota dealership, and even though bob didn't usually deal with used vehicles, he helped as much as he could. the car had a few nicks and ticks on it, and he even helped me try to fix those as best he could, at no extra charge at all. he answered whatever questions he was capable of, and helped with the smooth and timely transaction, including plate transfers, and the paper work, etc. i would definitely recommend bob to anyone looking for a new car. he proves that high pressure sales techniques never work, and customers will always appreciate a genuine consultant trying to help them make the "RIGHT" purchase. thanks to bob, and all the staff at toyota on the park! was definitely a great experience. two thumbs up to bob! Over the years I have purchased and leased numerous vehicles. These purchases/leases have obviously provided my wife and I a number of experiences, both good and bad. I have always preferred to deal with people that I am familiar with, as they in my view provide me with the trust factor, making me less guarded and providing us with the positive experience. For my Toyota purchases I have had dealt with a personal friend who provided me with that trust factor. That individual had retired and I had the need to renew my lease. I was introduced to Jeff Boomer through a co-worker and I initiated communication with him to address our vehicle needs. Within the first few minutes of my conversation I concluded that Jeff Bloomer was the real deal. His pleasant and welcoming demeanor enabled him to gain my trust and was the beginning of an extemely positive purchasing experience. His knowledge of the product, and his ability to provide me with competative pricing were key factors in my decision to purchase my Venza from Toyota on the Park. This was a no pressure experience and I did not feel the need protect myself from an aggressive dealer who was more interested in selling a vehicle then having me purchase what I wanted for the right price. Jeff's friendly and personable character impressed my wife and I, as I truely believe that this is a major part of his moral fiber. I trust him and I have no reservations in recommending my close friends and family members to seek Jeff out and know that they will be treated with the same level of respect and compassion that I received. Sent to Toyota on the Park from some friends. I met Matt as soon as I walked in the door and I knew right then that I was going to by my car from him. He was not the typical salesman that you would think to as soon as I walked in the door and I knew right then that I was going to by my car from him. He was not the typical salesman that you would think to find in a dealership. He was very friendly and curtious and went out of his way to make sure that I was happy. He did not push or suggest anything that was going to cost me more than I was willing to pay. In the end I think he actually saved me a few bucks on things that were not really needed. Hats off to Toyota on the Park and my next car... I will be going to see Matt again. More
