Before I came to this dealership I was doing a lot of research online about buying a used car. This would be my first car in Canada and I wanted something used but in good condition. When the time came to buy the car, my fiancé suggested that we visit this dealership since she and her sister had also bought cars from here, when it was at another location. By this time I had already narrowed it down to a Toyota but I wasn't sure what to get. This is where Bob came in. He greeted us as a friend from the first moment we met. He showed us a list of cars within the price range I was looking for, we discussed what I would like the car to have and then we went out and saw 2 potential cars. I bought one of them! Bob was amazing helping us to bring down the price, discuss affordable payment options and taking care of all the necessary paperwork. All I had to do is show up with my drivers license and a credit card! I got a 2012 Corolla CE at a great price with all the features that I wanted. The car is in perfect condition, it needed some minor paint touch ups and the only issue is a back right speaker problem which Bob mentioned will be fixed at no charge. My fiancé and I are very happy with this dealership and especially with Bob. His goal is to make the customer happy with their purchase and not just sell them a car. I would definitely recommend coming here and asking for Bob. More
