Firstly, I admire the newly constructed buildings and landscaping of the dealership site. The site surrounding the dealership and its being on a hill overlooking the greenery of don rive valley is simply landscaping of the dealership site. I love the upper lounge because of its large size, quiteness and lovely views outside. The design of the ground floor of the service entrance is very nice and friendly. I love the car wash service, and the 3 car wash tokens I receive (which I can use any time afterwards) every time I go there for service. Also, I love Toyota's oil service (good for 8,000 km or 6 months) for the price it is offered at: it's almost impossible to find such a service outside Toyota service centres. Lastly, Paul Joseph is a very nice man and I admire his professionalism and charisma. More

When buying a used car from the dealership I noticed that the rear passenger speaker didn't sound right. The salesman made an appointment with Sham from the service centre so I can go and replace it, free of the rear passenger speaker didn't sound right. It took 3 visits but eventually we changed the damaged speaker and also found a problem in the rear driver speaker, which was also replaced free of charge. I was very happy with the time it took (30 to 45min) and with the overall friendly atmosphere of the service centre and Sham specifically. I would definitely recommend it to others and also put in a good word for Sham! More

I came in to this dealership as I had a bad experience at the Scarborough location. The friendliness I received right off the bat from Aldrin was spectacular. Since it happened a day after my oil change I figured it was the Scarborough location. I decided to come to this one and see how the service was because I wasn't happy at the other.
