I just had the best car buying experience at Toyota on the Park. Buying a new car is always something I dread because I find it to be a long painful process. This time was the complete opposite. As soon as I met Jure Rossini I was immediately relaxed and could tell I would be well assisted purchasing a car. I was returning a leased car with lots of extra kilometres on it and knew I would be paying a lot in extra fees. Jure listened to my situation and came up with an affordable easy plan to return my car and allow me to leave with a brand new one. The exact car I wanted. He sorted out all the details and clearly communicated to me exactly what I needed to do to prepare my car for return and leave with my new one. Jure also spent a lot of time with me explaining, in detail, all the features of the car and how to get the most of it. He answered all my questions, which I had a lot of. He also re-assured me that he would be available anytime to assist me with any other questions I had about my new car. When I think back about how much time he spent with me it was at least four times more than any other car salesman has spent with me in the past. Jure is excellent at his job and was such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him for anyone who needs a Toyota. Let alone, any car. I would follow him to any dealership he works at. More

I took my Sienna to Toyota On The Park this morning at 9 am to have a jammed power-window repaired. I spoke with Sameer Shivji and Sham Rattanshi and they had the window fixed by around 1 pm. Sameer explained in detail how the mechanics of the power-window worked and how it was repaired. Sameer, Sham and the Toyota On The Park staff were extremely courteous, patient and professional. I bought my van in for a recall service and also to have my tail light replaced. Although it took a day, it wasn't all that bad with the shuttle that was provided. The driver dropped me off home and then picked me up when the van was ready. I have never been disappointed by the quality of work until now. First I found some grease streaks on the passenger seat near the gear shift side (from the recall servicing). This was not the true issue and can be cleaned off at a later date. Second the reason why I gave an okay rating. I had to go back to have the tail light re-seated. The original technician that worked on it had crimped the weather strip between the glass and tail light. And the tail light had a significant gap between the light and panel it was attached to. Although the situation was resolved to my satisfaction, please remind the technicians to be mindful about what they are replacing and how it would look. I am a proud Toyota owner and will show off and talk about my van to people who ask. Overall, I am very happy with the service department and would recommend it to anyone who asks. Thank-you. More

I went to Toyota on the Park looking for a Tacoma Truck beginning of Jan this year and met with Ted as a sales person and today I picked up my Car and I am very happy that I came to Toyota on the park and beginning of Jan this year and met with Ted as a sales person and today I picked up my Car and I am very happy that I came to Toyota on the park and met Ted who was excellent in giving a service. He was very professional and understanding of my needs. He kept me in mind for 2 months and called me any time he had a truck to show me and he made it very easy for me to buy my car. My truck had some scratches and dents and I was not sure if all those thing would get fixed when Ted told me that I don't need to be worried but he was right today I have my truck and I am very happy thanks to Ted and Toyota on the park.
