The price negotiation process went very smoothly, and I was impressed with his attention to detail and ability to address any questions I had. Following my purchase, Ted continued to follow up with me, keeping me updated on any missing parts (which he was clear to discuss with me while I was making my purchase). Ted Jafarzadeh After visiting 4/5 Toyota dealers, me and my wife went to TOTP. We were looking for an preowned Toyota Camry, but in reasonably good condition. Ted w After visiting 4/5 Toyota dealers, me and my wife went to TOTP. We were looking for an preowned Toyota Camry, but in reasonably good condition. Ted was our sales agent. Interestingly unlike other few dealers, Ted seemed like working for us. He took time to show the inventory first. He never asked me the most annoying question , "what is your budget Mr. X ? ". I told him the kind of car I want, and he showed me cars based on that. We were undecided on first day , went back there several times later. But Ted was as helpful in showing cars as very first day. He responded my mails and texts very promptly. Finally, we got a 2010 Camry, the first car he showed us. Delivery of the car was prompt and smooth. After seven days of delivery I had a feeling that the car may need wheel alignment. I called Ted, he booked an appointment for me on the same evening in their mechanic shop, and the work was done free without asking a single question. I was very much impressed with their service. Ted even now emails me to know about our new car. That is what called customer service. I will recommend any one to TOTP and Ted when they need to buy car. More

Anthony Trasmundi finalized the deal with us and Joe Scavone handled the purchase agreement and warranty/options. Jason was a great salesperson. We had lots of questions which he answered with a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. He as very friendly, not a bit pushy and extremely helpful to us. Anthonyt was also great in gettnig us the price we needed on the new vehicle. Joe answered all our questions on the warranty and protections options and got us a good price on the protection package. I would highly recommend all 3 of these gentlemen and Toyota on the Park. We visited another dealership prior to coming to Toyota on the Park and the service and knowledge here was the deciding factor in purchasing our Highlander here. More
