Great service person. I recently brought Toyota Camry 2014 at Toyoto on the park. I was debating myself about buying a Camry since this would be first Toyota car. Ted Jafarzadeh After visiting 4/5 Toyota dealers, me and my wife went to TOTP. We were looking for an preowned Toyota Camry, but in reasonably good condition. Ted w After visiting 4/5 Toyota dealers, me and my wife went to TOTP. We were looking for an preowned Toyota Camry, but in reasonably good condition. Ted was our sales agent. Interestingly unlike other few dealers, Ted seemed like working for us. He took time to show the inventory first. He never asked me the most annoying question , "what is your budget Mr. X ? ". I told him the kind of car I want, and he showed me cars based on that. We were undecided on first day , went back there several times later. But Ted was as helpful in showing cars as very first day. He responded my mails and texts very promptly. Finally, we got a 2010 Camry, the first car he showed us. Delivery of the car was prompt and smooth. After seven days of delivery I had a feeling that the car may need wheel alignment. I called Ted, he booked an appointment for me on the same evening in their mechanic shop, and the work was done free without asking a single question. I was very much impressed with their service. Ted even now emails me to know about our new car. That is what called customer service. I will recommend any one to TOTP and Ted when they need to buy car. More

Anthony Trasmundi finalized the deal with us and Joe Scavone handled the purchase agreement and warranty/options. Jason was a great salesperson. We had lots of questions which he answered with a thorough knowledge of the vehicle. He as very friendly, not a bit pushy and extremely helpful to us. Anthonyt was also great in gettnig us the price we needed on the new vehicle. Joe answered all our questions on the warranty and protections options and got us a good price on the protection package. I would highly recommend all 3 of these gentlemen and Toyota on the Park. We visited another dealership prior to coming to Toyota on the Park and the service and knowledge here was the deciding factor in purchasing our Highlander here. More

It was a completely different experience from all the rest of the dealerships and sales reps we had dealt with over the previous weeks. The atmosphere and process was professional and courteous with no high pressure sales techniques. We genuinely felt like Ted wanted to help us get a deal done that would make both sides happy. He was more than willing and able to answer all of our questions about the car, their financing options as well as the certification process for a Toyota Certified used car. Overall I would say that this was my best car buying experience to date and I say that as an owner of multiple cars over the last 10-15 years. More importantly my girlfriend had a wonderful experience, she LOVES her new Toyota and we will definitely be coming to Ted Jafarzadeh when the time comes to pick out our next car. More

Better than expected I was delighted and surprised when after a wait of an hour and a half while my 2005 Toyota was being serviced for an unknown rattling sound, I was pre I was delighted and surprised when after a wait of an hour and a half while my 2005 Toyota was being serviced for an unknown rattling sound, I was presented with a "No charge" statement. I had had my car in for brake work 4 months ago but still was expecting some charge for taking care of the rattle in one of the wheels. After all it is a 2005 Corolla. Anyway, I left a very happy customer! More
