The main reason for the purchase was the level of service and complete dediacation towards customer satisfaction provided by Paul Barreto starting from the initial contact up to and then well after taking delivery of the vehicle. As one example we encountered diffficulty some time after taking the car with setting up and operating the communication package. Paul volunteered to help and spent considerable time addressing our problems and offered if necessary to help us again. I spent almost 40 years in engineering sales and management and learned during this period to recognize and appreciate the level of low-key professionalism demonstrated by Paul during the entire process. Outstanding service I have been dealing with Toyota on the Park for five years now and have purchased one car for my daughter, leased one for myself and my other daughter I have been dealing with Toyota on the Park for five years now and have purchased one car for my daughter, leased one for myself and my other daughter and insisted my Aunt buy her Corolla from Toyota on the Park. I just this month leased another car from Lexus on the Park through Nancy and Matt. Nancy is incredibly customer focused, always a smile on her face and has not only exceeded my expectations but has turned me into a raving fan of hers and Toyota on the Park. If you need a car, go see Matt, Nancy and be sure to service it with Alex and Mario. These folks really care! This entire team is out of this world and since my next car is my fifth car in the family in the last five years, customer service is a huge reason why I keep on coming back. Sameer arranged a complimentary rental for me and got me a discount on a few of the parts required. He also took time to explain the repairs and warranties to me. The whole team demonstrated patience and friendliness as I moved carseats in and out of the rental, and Sameer even gave my little boy a stuffed toy. Truly a positive experience. More
