From reception to auto selection to finance arrangements through to delivery of my vehicle, all is always pleasant, informative and seamless. Nancy Sofianidis ( my finance manager ) has always taken the time to ensure that I have had best possible arrangements available and makes the process personable. I have been a customer of Toyota On The Park for 4 years. My vehicle is only serviced there as well and I find the staff ( and quality of work ) in service and the post service follow-up to be second to none. Kudos to the entire staff. My second car was a Nissan Sentra and when it was time to replace it, I had no hesitation to choose a Toyota after having witnessed and experienced the VIP treatment offered at this service centre. If anything, I would like to commend Mr Mario Ngg, the service manager there who had a lot in getting me convinced to choose a Toyota for my second vehicle. Not to forget also Mr. Hon Ho, the service adviser for all the help and promptness and efficiency in always correctly diagnosing and fixing my car problems .
