A friend suggested we visit Toyota on the Park. At the dealership Anthony Trasmundi introduced us to Ted Jefarzedeh. Ted was honest with us from the very beginning and worked hard with us to reach a deal we were both happy with (No games, no pressure tactics like other dealers we experienced). He was friendly and respectful during the whole process. We were then put on a waiting list for our Highlander. He kept us in the loop the whole time while we were waiting for the vehicle. We picked up the vehicle last night and the transaction was quick and efficient. My wife and I would like to thank everyone for the great customer experience. Well done everyone! More

Tight budget great deal I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ted while I was looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. I was specifically looking for a Camry. I owned a Cor I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ted while I was looking for a quality pre-owned vehicle. I was specifically looking for a Camry. I owned a Corolla Wagon decades ago and had nothing but good experiences with that car. My latest vehicle (not Toyota) gave up the ghost so I investigated the best cars to buy used. Camry tops the list. Ted had just the car I needed at an extremely favourable price. We did the deal very quickly and I am looking forward to some trouble free driving for once. Ted's friendly manner and helpful responses to questions I had put me at ease and allowed me to complete this deal with complete confidence. Right from the start, he was focused on giving us valuable information and helping us understand our options -- not just with Toyota, but on the market in general -- rather than applying pressure for us to make a purchase. He gave us the space we need to do our research and make a decision, but he was also very proactive in explaining the specs and the ins and outs of the vehicles and financing options. Everything he told us about both Toyota models and even the competitors checked out pretty well when we did our own research.
