He was extremely considerate and understanding when we first came in and told him we were shopping around for the best price we could get on our new car. He told us to go ahead and do our homework and come back if we found a better price somewhere else because he would match it. He drove to Yorkdale Toyota later that day to talk to a sales person there about buying a new car, and long story short it was the most horrible experience I've ever had. As soon as we left Yorkdale we called Toyota on the Park and set up to meet with Justin immediately and sign papers on our new car. There was a bit of a miscommunication on pricing but in the end we were able to settle on something that made us extremely happy. Thank you for making our first brand new car purchase an awesome experience. So warm and friendly. We will definitely be back in the future to purchase our second car in a few years. More

Came in to Test Drive a Rav4 and Bought a 2013 Lexus Our trusty 2005 Matrix was aging so we came into the Toyota on the Park near our home with the intention of upgrading to the Rav4 as a 2nd car. Raymo Our trusty 2005 Matrix was aging so we came into the Toyota on the Park near our home with the intention of upgrading to the Rav4 as a 2nd car. Raymond Au spent a couple of hours with us going over the various used cars available and the various options. We test drove a 2 year old model and we were not particularly impressed. We returned a week later and decided to test drive a used Lexus instead. Raymond showed us what we thought was the perfect car for us -- a 2013 IS250 -- and introduced us to some of the Lexus sales force who provided more details on the car and helped us negotiate a fair price. Raymond was friendly and "low-key" and not "pushy" and we appreciated his help. Overall our experience buying a car at this dealership was positive. Also thanks to Mark, Sean, Lazar and Josie at Lexus on the Park for their excellent service. More
