He was very well versed in all aspects of the Sequoia, and took the time to understand our needs to ensure a good fit. When it was time to "deliver" the Sequoia to us, Conrad made himself available to meet our schedule, coming into the showroom after his business day had ended to conclude the transaction. We wanted to make some modifications to our selection after we left the dealership. Despite the fact it was after hours, she talked to us and provided more information on how we can make sure we get the car we wanted. She has great customer service skills and I would definitely recommend her to our family and friends who are interested in purchasing new/preowned vehicles. Benni serviced us in the financial department and she was very helpful in informing us of all the options. She kept us informed every step of the way which was greatly appreciated. The fact is that Eugene and Benni made a hard effort to find my best deal for a Prius beyond that I was looking for, in other terms they exceed my expectations. I started from a Prius C and finalize with an outstanding Prius Standard Package taking in consideration Eugene´s advices and excelent financial rates from Benni´s field. As a team they made my dreams come true and they really understand what is the customer satisfaction how important it is. In japanese it is common to say "gambaru ????" which it means make your best effort, Eugene and Benni made their best efforts to listen my needs, to attend them and delivered more that I was expecting. bait and switch price I contacted Conrad about new 2014 tundra. He was very eager to make a deal and called me at home several times. When we finally agreed on a price I contacted Conrad about new 2014 tundra. He was very eager to make a deal and called me at home several times. When we finally agreed on a price I was willing to make the drive from Niagara to Toronto. I asked him to send me all the pricing in an email. I printed this up and my wife and I headed to Toronto. When it came time to sign the paper work I noticed the total price was $11,000 more than we agreed on. It was way more than the price advertised on auto trader. Oops he said. Then they adjusted the price to $5,600 more than we agreed on . My wife and I finally caved and ended up paying just over $1700 more than the price he told me was a mistake. I would love to know how often this happens. There would have been plenty of high fives in the office if our new car excitement had caused us to sign the contract without double checking. we could have easily paid $11,000 more if we were only looking at the bi weekly payments. My wife and I try to be careful but still we were mislead. If my son or daughter bought there first car and fell for this scam I would feel terrible. Please check every number before you sign.
