Even though I purchased a 2008 Highlander Hybrid, they treated me as if I was purchasing a Lexus. Besides the great service, they disclosed everything I needed to know about the vehicle as to help me with my decision on the sale. I have done my due diligent with research on car sales tactics,"tricks" and sale pitches as to prepare myself. These professionals were open and straight forward with their information they were delivering to me. The parts people were also a great help. I dealt with Michael, who is extremely tall and helpful. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and got me the price I could afford. When I picked up my car he set up my Bluetooth which I had no idea because I previously owned a 1999 Corolla.
