Roadside assistance support Our car failed to start today during rush hour. We called our dealer service dept. and spoke with Alisha, who immediately diagnosed a battery problem, Our car failed to start today during rush hour. Although the car was not a Toyota vehicle, he was able to give me a very detailed demo of most of the features of the car. He even went to great lengths to answer my questions by googling about the car on his phone. That demo was very useful and enabled me to learn about the car features very quickly.
