I had been going there for service since my move to Don Mills. Not a single complaint there. I had casually looked at upgrading my Avalon from a 2013 to a 2015 to benefit from the many small improvements made by Toyota on this model. But I had not considered switching for another year, at least. Well, Jure, Mohammed and the team gently convinced me that the time was now, and that a demonstrator unit on their lot should be my next car. That did not take too much convincing. We agreed on the terms of the 'switch' and the deal was done. A win-win situation, if I ever saw one. Thanks to all. More

Roadside assistance support Our car failed to start today during rush hour. We called our dealer service dept. and spoke with Alisha, who immediately diagnosed a battery problem, Our car failed to start today during rush hour. We called our dealer service dept. and spoke with Alisha, who immediately diagnosed a battery problem, and gave us instructions. Although the tow truck arrival time estimates provided by the roadside service people could be improved, Toyota on the Park service and the road side service technician were excellent, and I was back on the road before noon. Although Jason was not the original salesperson who sold me the car, he went above and beyond for me, I bought a used vehicle from Toyota on the Park. Although Jason was not the original salesperson who sold me the car, he went above and beyond for me, and provided excellent customer service when I picked up the car. Although the car was not a Toyota vehicle, he was able to give me a very detailed demo of most of the features of the car. He even went to great lengths to answer my questions by googling about the car on his phone. That demo was very useful and enabled me to learn about the car features very quickly. Jason is also a very patient and nice person to deal with. Thank you Jason for all your help. Very much appreciated. More
