I'm extremely disappointed by my experience with Toyota on The Park, particularly with the management and sales team, especially the manager. I booked a Toyota RAV4 in 2023. The finance representative at the dealership accessed my credit history and performed five hard inquiries, assuring me that I was approved for the car through a national bank. They also stated it would take around six months for delivery. However, as time passed, despite my consistent follow-ups, I received a different story each time. Eventually, I was directed to the manager, who was quite rude, and I had no expectation of receiving any help from him. He then claimed it would take another three to six months for the car to arrive, which never happened. During this period, I discovered that my car was reportedly arriving but the salesperson was selling it to friends or others at higher prices, a practice commonly known as "own" or "grey market" sales. This was incredibly disgusting to learn. Frustrated with the situation, I went to the dealership in person. An Indian salesperson there told me he could get me a "better car" right away, but it would come with a special, higher price and mandatory extra services that I didn't initially request. When I asked for a refund, he refused, stating I couldn't be issued one until I provided proof of my initial deposit. This forced me to go through two years of bank statements to find the deposit proof. As a result, two years of my time have been wasted, my credit score has been hit hard by their five hard checks, and obtaining my refund was made extremely difficult. I am now exploring options to address this humiliating experience and the damage to my credit score. I highly recommend against doing business with Toyota on The Park. More

I initially visited this Toyota repair shop because the air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. During the inspection, they informed me that a wire under the car had been chewed by rodents and needed air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. I ended up paying around $900 for the repair, which was entirely labor cost as there was no charge for the parts. After picking up my car, the engine warning light turned red. I brought my car back to the shop, and they claimed that the camshaft connect 3 wire had been chewed by wildlife and needed replacement. Despite there being no prior issues, they insisted on this repair, which cost me another $850 in labor fees, again with no parts cost. They then told me that the insulator under the hood needed replacing due to damage. With repeated claims of new issues, I refused further repairs and took my car home. Upon inspecting the car, I found damage under the hood that looked like it had been made with a screwdriver. Suspicious of their practices, I took my car to another repair shop. The new mechanics suggested that the damage appeared intentional, caused by someone using a screwdriver. Each visit to this Toyota repair shop resulted in a new issue costing nearly $900 in labor fees, without any parts costs. I believe this shop deliberately damaged my vehicle to charge exorbitant labor fees. Therefore, I do not recommend visiting this Toyota repair shop. Be very cautious, as they may intentionally damage your vehicle and charge you for repairs. More

My recent experience at Toyota on the park was no short of amazing! My car was in an accident and went under repair at an auto shop. After repairs, I was told I had an unrelated issue worth $4000 after my car was brought for a diagnostic at Toyota which wouldn't be covered under insurance. Fortunately, I took my car to Toyota on the park and met Alishah Shah. She was considerate and gave me an immediate informal assessment. Upon inspection of my vehicle, she provided her advise and booked an appointment. The diagnostic result were no different from the initial assessment which was disappointing. 2 day later, I recieved a message from Alishah Shah letting me know she had dug further into the matter and that my repairs would be covered under warranty. I was super ecstatic and no longer under $4000. Needless to say, I was super grateful for Alishah Shah's customer experience to keep the customer happy and her due diligence to look in to the situation. Thank for all your support! More

Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! Original Google Review: 2018 - When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown 2014 I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas. More
