Vehicle warranty work; engine problem We own a 2013 Chevy Orlando and experienced a problem with our engine light flashing on our way to Summerside; the vehicle was also running really rou We own a 2013 Chevy Orlando and experienced a problem with our engine light flashing on our way to Summerside; the vehicle was also running really rough and felt like it would stall on us while driving. We immediately took it to our dealership (Township) and as soon as we drove into the service area, Robin Campbell came out to great us. We explained our problem and she had the vehicle inspected by the mechanic right away. Within 20 min., Robin came out to give us an update and informed us the vehicle would need to be analysed by a senior mechanic on Monday (we brought the vehicle in on Saturday) as there were error codes showing up in the diagnostics. She set us up with a courtesy car for the weekend and made us feel very confident that the problem would be looked at Monday morning and she would phone us with an update. Robin did keep us updated as promised and we were able to pick up our vehicle that afternoon. You have a gem of an employee in Robin; she gets a 10 out of 10 for her excellent customer service. We have always had a positive experience with this dealership. Thank you. More

I had an issue that was covered by an extended policy regarding the engine in my GMC Terrain. Jessica was very accommodating, getting an appointment that was convenient for me, and when diagnosed, work began immediately on my issue. I was happy to see Tyler working on my machine, and to see how he has learned, and developed as a mechanic since I last saw him. Very good Tyler. Jessica was very helpful in getting us the proper rental vehicle to suit while the work was carried out. Talking with Cindy, Robin, Marvin, Mike, and others, was always pleasant. Allan impressed me for another reason. I had been quoted for certain work in late November, and as a good salesperson would do, Allan followed up on that quote to see if he could sell me that service. I declined the service, but was happy that he was on top of things and followed up on the issue. PLEASE TAKE NOTE...THIS WAS GREAT! Regardless of whether or not my car continues to work this well, I remain happy with the way I was treated at Township this time around. Brody T More

Going the extra mile I bought a new SUV in November, not thinking that I would be able to but the staff at your dealership was able to buyout the remaining lease on my car I bought a new SUV in November, not thinking that I would be able to but the staff at your dealership was able to buyout the remaining lease on my car and get me a good rate for the vehicle that was delivered on my birthday. Now, with my new vehicle, I feel safer on the road, travelling back and forth for hockey with my son. All the staff is friendly, always greeting you with a 'hello' when you walk in. Jeremy and Dan were the two individuals I dealt with and I would highly recommend both if you are looking for a new-to-you or a brand new vehicle. More
