Please train your reception staff to be more diligent when directing calls. On two occasions I have been connected to the wrong Adam when I have expressly asked for Adam RIGGS. I usually do not need to speak with the dealership principal !! Although the arrangement for the courtesy driver to pick me up at 2.30p.m. did not happen,( I waited for fifteen minutes before contacting the dealership), the cab that was sent by the dealership arrived within minutes. No explanation has been given as to why the pick up arrangement fell through I was assured by service that the work on my truck would commence right after lunch or at 3.30. depending on availability of a technician When I returned to the dealership around 3.00p.m. no work had been done and there was no record of the work order. I was told that the work would be done by 6.00. I elected to reschedule and the work was completed to-day, April 28. I appreciate the complimentary exterior clean. Adam Riggs is friendly, yet businesslike and most helpful. I would have no hesitation referring future customers to him. Daniel is a pleasure to deal with Overall, in spite of the glitches of yesterday, I am satisfied with the Dealership and I hope future service matters run more smoothly More
