Terrible customer service I bought a new truck at township in July, the experience up until the time the paperwork was signed was good. I have never bought a new vehicle in the I bought a new truck at township in July, the experience up until the time the paperwork was signed was good. I have never bought a new vehicle in the past so was a bit nervous about the purchase. After the purchase that happened on a Friday I parked the truck for the weekend and didn't touch it. On Monday I was contacted by Bobby Berrigan to see how I've been getting along. After explaining to Bobby that I think I made a mistake in buying the truck and that I had not slept all weekend and had been sick to my stomach with buyer remorse he told me that he would talk to Eddie and get back to me. A couple hours later Eddie called and I told him the same story. He told me he would see what he could do and call me back. At the time I had 155 km on the truck, it is now October and I've yet to be contacted. I didn't really care what the news of the call back would have been, either they could do something about the transaction or not. However to not get a single call back when the people who I dealt with knew how it was effecting a customer is extremely disappointing. It seemed to me like the dealership truly doesn't care about their customers at all. I realize that nobody forced me to do anything when buying the truck however it would be nice to know that the dealership is there for it's customers. Words can't express how disappointed I was with how Eddie handled the situation as for Bobby and Michael I feel they were doing their jobs the way the dealership would allow. More
