this dealership does not tell the car history i found out the carfax history about a week after the car purchase which indicates the vehicle was a commercial vehicle. The windshield was replaced before car was delivered to me with extra damages paint chips ,dash has to be replaced key fobs have to be replaced hand prints on side posts from window being installed (dirt) was told by used sales manager i boughtthe car as is (still under warranty) oh did i mention i had to call GMin ont as i want this to be noted Now Daniel B offered 800 dollars for the damages i got a gm quote for replacement parts after i refused the two options Daniel B gave me which was 800 dollars or i could return the car. that wasn't going to happen Did i mention the vehicle came with two nice new tires on the front and left old tires on the back,only problem with that is they are the wrong size and different brands for awd vehicle perfect they offered to replace the oversized tires on the front after pointing out it needs four same tires215 55 18 continental tires which are the original tires as they are worn in the rear and awd need four tire replacement so the awd works properly .Got the price quote work was authorized.my last conversation with Daniel B he was going to cancel the tires.I reminded him there is the third option to settle all this crap and that would be court he now refuses to deal with me and tells for anything else go through warranty. I IThink the owner is not aware of how serious i am and my request to have him contact me falls on deaf ears so folks BEWARE OF TOWNSHIP!!!! More

Called Beverley for an appointment to have my last free oil change, lube and Filter plus have my tires rotated along with the yearly inspection. Very nice lady who set me a time based on my schedule. Drove in and was met by the cheerful Nabe (couldn't find him in this system but rate him highly) then the comical Jeremy came along and appeared delighted to hear what I was requesting but didn't flex his muscles nor jump and click his heels...lol. Nabe advised how long it would take so I settled in with my book only to have the LumberJack Marven stop by after assisting someone. What a man...pole and axe man, I mean!! Enjoyed our short conversation...such a busy spot! When a gentlemen was walking by, I noticed a tattoo so asked to see it. I find tattooes always have a story behind them and his didn't disappoint. Think his name was Paul (but I'm NOT sure) and, although he was busy, he was very obliging and let me look and did explain a couple but had to scurry off. The BOSS Man-Adam Toner, even took the time to say, "hello", on his way to the service garage. When Nabe came to tell me my auto was ready, I was surprised, it didn'even take as long as he thought! Nabe reviewed and explained my invoice and promptly took my payment. Nice guy! Before I took off, went over to see Troy Banks for a new paper mat, which he gladly gave me. I can see and do realize everyone is extremely busy at this dealership but it is just so welcoming to have these same busy people take a moment from their large workload to speak to you when they are rushing by. The personalities and friendliness of the people working withing this dealership just can't be beat! I strive to me a positive upbeat person and truly enjoy my service visits to this dealership! Dropped in to purchase a battery(it lasted THREE years) for one of my remotes, was met by the witty Marvin who took me over to the parts counter where Troy Banks not only sold me the battery but without me for one of my remotes, was met by the witty Marvin who took me over to the parts counter where Troy Banks not only sold me the battery but without me even asking, he, actually, put it in for me! Wow, was amazed!! I have never in all my years received such excellent customer service from such happy staff! Before I left had a quick chat with the busy CJ who is trying to upgrade me to a brand new Buick (he never stops) and of course, Eddie came along for a brief second.
