Over and above I came in at 5:50 pm on Friday with the ground wire on my utility trailer broken off. I was heading to my cottage for the weekend, needed my trailer f I came in at 5:50 pm on Friday with the ground wire on my utility trailer broken off. I was heading to my cottage for the weekend, needed my trailer for yard work and didn’t want to be stopped on the highway with no trailer lights. Kyla and Earl wasted NO time making the decision to fix the little wire and send me on my way. This was the kind of service I might have been used to (even expected) 20 years ago but today, not so much. They both made me feel as though my problem was important and didn’t once make me feel like I was being a burden, even though I was. That’s what customer service is all about.
