BLOWN AWAY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE I leased a vehicle four years ago from Township. I now reside in Newfoundland. I visited the Buick Chevrolet dealership in St John's. I did not like the atmosphere or t four years ago from Township. I now reside in Newfoundland. I visited the Buick Chevrolet dealership in St John's. I did not like the atmosphere or the customer service. Jamie from Township contacted me regarding my new lease. I apprised him that I was living in Newfoundland. I asked him if I could deal with him personally as I did not want to deal with the dealership in St John. Jamie stated that he would look after me. He arranged to extend my lease with Buick and told me that he was getting a Trailblazer. He arranged the financing. I told him that I could not go to his dealership. He stated that he would get the vehicle to me. Just amazing. He handled all the paperwork. Jamie was just amazing. People have been judgemental and cruel towards me in the past. I suffer from PTSD and as a result have a cognitive function disability. Jamie emailed me detailed instructions . Everything was laid out for me . He explained that I needed to obtain insurance and how to go about it. He was constantly in touch and apprised me of every next step in the process. He treated me with respect and dignity. I also dealt with Devan, Daniel and Stephanie who were amazing. Everyone worked together through the leasing process. To achieve this level of excellence, to me indicates a competent, professional, kind and respectful working environment. I say this because, I was terrorized and harassed at my workplace. People may not remember exact details, but always remember how they were made to feel. Jamie, Devon and Stephanie are a credit to their profession. Jamie arranged for a driver to deliver the Trailblazer to me in Newfoundland! At no cost to me. Honestly, can't imagine another business ever doing this! The driver had to take an eight hour ferry from North Sydney to port au Basque Newfoundland, then drive nine hours! Jamie should run for prime Minister. Township is a well oiled machine! Could you imagine if our country was run like the Township dealership! They exude excellence. Clarence was their driver, what a wonderful guy. We spoke several times prior to meeting. Again, professionalism and respect. These people sincere and genuine. The real deal.I picked up the Trailblazer in St John's. Jamie left more instructions in an envelope addressed to me on what to do next. That needed documents for getting trailblazer registered and new license plates. Some people may have taken offense, as being too vacuous not to know that you needed plates, but Jamie was never condescending or judgemental . He was thoughtful and kind. He very sincere and genuine. Honestly can say that I have never been treated so well at a business and this sentiment meant everything to me. Thank you. I love my trailblazer. Everyday, I will not just remember how I was treated, but how I was made to feel by these wonderful, kind, competent and professional people. Thank you for reminding me that there are still wonderful people left in this world. More

As usual, I had another fantastic experience during my visit to Township for an oil change and tire rotation! While waiting had a chat with my lumber jack friend, Marven, Paul Banks and a young Morrison..I checked Alex but I think it was his brother. Brought a book to read while I waited but never got a chance to open it. Everyone who went by was so friendly and all said "Hi". I went up to sales department and since CJ is no longer there, spoke with Pat, who I have decided is my new sales man. Speaking of sales, Bruce and Jaime Gallant(she works at Scotiabank) were admiring my Envision so I advised them to check with Township for one if they were really interested in changing from their current Honda. They had been to Charlottetown looking but were not overly pleased. I, also, advised them that they will NOT regret the purchase and the service department is the VERY BEST!! I see Jaime is now driving a red Envision from TOWNSHIP!! I will continue to refer people to Township but not only for the excellent service but because of the people who work there. It is ALWAYS so busy but everyone is just so friendly and makes you feel that you matter and your concerns are looked after. Great work everyone! You are soooo APPRECIATED!! Next purchase...a good used truck from Pat!! More

Terrible customer service. Would NEVER recommend Township Chevrolet to ANYONE...Would highly recommend their competitor Hillside Chevrolet. My sales associate was dishonest and Would NEVER recommend Township Chevrolet to ANYONE...Would highly recommend their competitor Hillside Chevrolet. My sales associate was dishonest and untrustworthy. He promised to deliver my car to my place of employment as I live over 1hr from dealership. After waiting over 3 days for a call from my sales associate I ended up calling him. The car was apparently ready 2 days prior to my call. I was never notified. My sales rep advised me they had no phone number or email on file. I found this outrageous as I did my financing through there office. I ended up driving 2hrs to pick up my car My negotiated new winter tires were installed with incorrect sized tires. The list can go on....PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP....Please go to HILLSIDE Chevrolet where you will be treated with respect and honesty More

this dealership does not tell the car history i found out the carfax history about a week after the car purchase which indicates the vehicle was a commercial vehicle. The windshield was replaced before car was delivered to me with extra damages paint chips ,dash has to be replaced key fobs have to be replaced hand prints on side posts from window being installed (dirt) was told by used sales manager i boughtthe car as is (still under warranty) oh did i mention i had to call GMin ont as i want this to be noted Now Daniel B offered 800 dollars for the damages i got a gm quote for replacement parts after i refused the two options Daniel B gave me which was 800 dollars or i could return the car. that wasn't going to happen Did i mention the vehicle came with two nice new tires on the front and left old tires on the back,only problem with that is they are the wrong size and different brands for awd vehicle perfect they offered to replace the oversized tires on the front after pointing out it needs four same tires215 55 18 continental tires which are the original tires as they are worn in the rear and awd need four tire replacement so the awd works properly .Got the price quote work was authorized.my last conversation with Daniel B he was going to cancel the tires.I reminded him there is the third option to settle all this crap and that would be court he now refuses to deal with me and tells for anything else go through warranty. I IThink the owner is not aware of how serious i am and my request to have him contact me falls on deaf ears so folks BEWARE OF TOWNSHIP!!!! More
