Outstanding helpful and courteous service! On September 8, we were driving our Honda CR-V from Maine to PEI, and the tire pressure warning light came on just before we entered the Confederation On September 8, we were driving our Honda CR-V from Maine to PEI, and the tire pressure warning light came on just before we entered the Confederation Bridge. Upon our arrival in Summerside, we tried to find an open auto supply store or gas station where we could purchase a tire pressure gauge, without success. We were driving by Township and decided to stop in just to see if we could borrow a gauge to check the pressure. Before we knew it, Daniel was ushering us into a service bay, checking the tire pressure, which turned out to be fine, and then attempting to reset our car's computer so we would not have the message displayed. Again, we were driving a Honda, not a GMC vehicle, and the car is fairly new so we did not know how to do the re-set ourselves. Daniel started off by changing our distance indicator from miles to kilometers, which was a big help, and then he called Service Manager Marvin Weeks for help in getting the dashboard message to go away. It took some work, but their effort was successful, and we now know a little more about our car than we did! These two service providers could not have been more pleasant, helpful and professional! They provided this service at no charge and sent us on our way, wishing we could be regular customers at such an outstanding dealership! It was such a fine introduction to Prince Edward Island! Emergency repairs while on holiday. Township saved the day. While on holiday in PEI from Ontario our Van broke down 10miles from Township Chev dealer in PEI. Marvin sent a tow truck and told me he would get me back on the road even thought I was driving a competitor vehicle. He fast tracked our repair and even found parts during the day off for the local parts supplier. He and his team went above the call of duty to get us back on the road and we were able to leave the next morning for the long drive back to Ontario with a proper running engine. I can't speak highly enough of the speed and assistance the dealership provided given the last minute nature of our repair. More

5 star service and accommodation Three weeks ago, my husband and I were traveling in PEI when our AC decided to stop working. As we were traveling from PEI back to New Brunswick we decided to stop in at this dealership to see if we could have our Acadia looked at. We were informed that our car could not be looked at until 5pm (it was about 2pm at this time). My husband informed the service staff that we had our 4 month old son and that we were on our way back to NB to pack up and head home to Ontario. Upon hearing our situation, the service manager Marvin Weeks, immediately told my husband to bring in our vehicle to have it looked at. We were immediately served and within a few minutes our car was being looked From the moment we stepped foot in the dealership, we were made to feel at home and were so impressed with the friendliness of staff and I needed to express our sincere thanks and appreciation!
