lemon of a Sierra Purchased my first new vehicle, 2017 Sierra. upon taking it in for the first oil change around 11k they noticed the oil pan was leaking and a bolt was Purchased my first new vehicle, 2017 Sierra. upon taking it in for the first oil change around 11k they noticed the oil pan was leaking and a bolt was backed out. went to tighten the bolts and it was cross threaded and it twisted off, they had to repair that. not a big deal but the oil pan wasn't fitting properly and had to order one, it took a couple days. Then on my next oil change at around 21k they noticed it was still leaking from the oil pan, they repaired and I came back 2-3 weeks later. They said the rear main seal of the engine was leaking, seeing that all this was from the manufacturer I wanted them to take the truck back. it took much too long and some heated conversations but they offered to put me in a one year newer truck. This only happened because I had to go there and point a truck and say I want the same truck as I currently have. Adam the owner I spoke with and expressed my concerns and he didnt seem like he wanted to step in and my salesman bobby didnt seem to help much either. Eddy was the only one I was dealing with, wasn't an easy process and decided if this is how a dealership responds to issues I don't want to be part of it. At the same time they take an article in the pioneer stating they are changing the car buy experience. So far I've met several people with 2017 GMC trucks and a good many of them that purchased from township were not that happy. Do your research and ask the service dept lots of questions. The only reason I was at township is their service dept is one of the best, Robin and Marvin are top notch. Sales not so much, and the finance guy wants to up sell you after you've agreed to a price. We told him will drive in your lot and we drive but we don’t like their car and we told him to bring them VW golf key , we wanna try that one , point was we park the car on their doors and we sit on the same car which we try first one , but get down frm car and he come back shut off the car took the keys with him , i feel I m not thief to take his car away they have my license copies even I have rights to take for test drive no matter for how long , this attitude makes me very very angry I went in side I call shawn , I have said few words to him that , I m hear to buy a car but you treat your customers this I don’t wanna buy a car frm you.
