Drove down for my oil change appointment and was greeted by Nabe, who took charge and got my auto in quicky. Than you to he staff (don't have names) who cleaned it up and replaced the air filter. Pat came to chat for a moment, trying to get me to upgrade (he is a salesman, afterall), Marvin said a quick hello and Brittany stopped by. Had to go upstairs to say a quick "hello" to Eddie and I was on my way. Staff are still very friendly and am pleased the mechanic's went above and beyond to clean up for dog food. Thank you everyone!! More

Oh my, I was so pleased to have Sasha check me in for an "express" oil change. Got a Silverado last july and part of the deal is getting a tonneau cover waiting for almost 3 months and they gave me a used one. I am still in awe at the amazing service at Township. Signed in for an inspection by a nice genteman, Roberto (love his name) and was well looked after. Had a lovely chat with Marvin about four new michelin tires-which he promptly ordered. Even though he was busy, Pat stopped by to discuss my wish list...a Canyon Truck...and optons. Even though I left with a big RED "REJECT" sticker, I know my auto will be in great hands when my tires come in, are put on and are aligned!! Township staff are so knowledgable and it is wonderful to see so many clients from West Prince at the dealership! Young friends, who didn't think they would qualify for a brand new auto are overjoyed that they were approved and can now feel they can drive their children in a reliable and safe auto. I thank Township for looking after them so well! I always enjoy the discussions I have with others about the sales, parts, service people and management of Township. Your business may want to make a sale but, in my humble opinion, your team looks after the client's needs and wishes first (which is so important) before resulting in a sale. It's so easy to see that Township operates as a "TEAM" which makes everyone appreciate and enjoy their work and keeps that smile on their faces!! More

Wow, I am just so impressed with how my vehicle was looked after. I am not in favour of permitting others to drive my auto but the gentleman with the Jag got it to and from the shop safely and the litt looked after. Nabe Dalgis was his usual awesome self and I have to say although everyone is always smiling at Township, Wyro Sibal has the best smile and I get a chuckle out of how he always calls me Miss. My rescurer and lumberjack friend, Marvin Weeks, was in fine form and always gives me a great chuckle! After speaking with Andrea for a few minutes and meeting her handsome son, off I went to see Brittany and then Beverley(I think) who has a great phone voice. I could easily spend my whole day at Township but do realize the staff are just being polite and are so very busy, but again, I am part of the Township family!! lol Anyway, thank you staff for always working with a smile, greeting clients, providing excellent service and enjoying your work place so much! I am sure Mr. Toner, truly, appreciates everything you do for him and Township. Thank you, once again, not only for the service but also for the pleasure of entering the Township facility! I’d give this dealer zero stars if it was an option. They’re shady as xxxx, over price there vehicles, and rush you to get you to sign the sales contract.
